Environmental Consulting Office
to Downtown Cleveland
The Payne Firm, Inc., a successful environmental consulting firm founded in Cincinnati, recently moved its Cleveland office to the historic Warehouse District of Downtown. This move was conducted to accommodate a growing staff and to better serve the firm’s industrial, financial and legal clientele in the greater Cleveland area. The Payne Firm, Inc. opened its original Cleveland office in the suburb of Medina, Ohio in 2005.
The Payne Firm was founded by John Payne, P.E., President, in 1987 to assist clients in managing their environmental responsibilities. The firm specializes in providing services associated with soil and ground water investigation and remedy, mergers and acquisition due diligence, litigation support, and property redevelopment. Specialty services include estimating financial accruals for impacted properties, Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, property portfolio reviews, and strategic divestiture planning. The Payne Firm, Inc. also has an office in Chicago.
The Cleveland office is managed by Greg Kutsko. Mr. Kutsko has been with The Payne Firm, Inc. since 2005 and has played an integral role in the development of company’s customer-focused service model that led to the firm’s rapid success in the Cleveland market.
