The Payne Firm Opens Office in Chicago
The Payne Firm, Inc. recently opened an office in Chicago, Illinois to build on the success of its Cincinnati-based environmental consulting practice. The firm chose Chicago in order to serve the growing needs of their national industrial, financial and legal clientele in the greater Chicago area. The new office is part of an expansion strategy that has already experienced the successful new opening of a Cleveland office in 2005.
The Payne Firm was founded by John Payne, P.E., President, in 1987 to assist clients in managing their environmental responsibilities. The firm specializes in providing services associated with soil and ground water investigation and remedy, mergers and acquisition due diligence, litigation support, and property re-development. Specialty services include estimating financial accruals for impacted properties, Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, property portfolio reviews, and strategic divestiture planning.
The Chicago office will be managed by Adam C. Edrington. Mr. Edrington has been with the Payne Firm for eight years and has played an integral role in the development of company’s customer-focused service model.
