Interactive Electronic Phase I Reports
With Secure Web Posting
The Payne Firm is pleased to announce the launching of our new, technologically efficient, method of generating, managing, and distributing our ASTM E 1527-00 Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Reports and other documents. Our new Phase I document, the Environmental Assessment Summary Electronic (EASE) Report, is now available for those that prefer superior user efficiency, without the sacrifice of Payne Firm quality. The Payne Firm’s EASE Report features interactivity, secure online web posting, a project EASE Summary page, and drill down capabilities that will electronically link the user from an issue of concern identified on the EASE Summary page directly to a detailed explanation of that issue located within the full report. This will greatly benefit our clients by efficiently documenting ASTM compliance and flagging issues of concern, without the risk of missing issues buried in the text of a traditional report. The report appendices can also be viewed with magnification adjustments right on your PC. You can link directly from the Appendix Table of Contents to the historical resource of your choice and view the maps, figures, and databases that help us reach our conclusions.
Even when you’re only moments away from the closing and overnight just isn’t soon enough, each stakeholder involved in the project (i.e. lender, counsel, buyer, seller, tenants, broker, and others) can be provided instant access to download their own copy right to their PC, right now. No more time is wasted waiting for a poor quality, unsecured fax that does not contain legible appendices such as valuable figures, photographs, or maps. Everything is available right at your fingertips. Finally, environmental diligence can be delivered when it’s due.
